Canvas by Candlelight

Canvas by Candlelight is a relaxed, adults-only painting experience designed for couples who want to do something different this Valentine’s Day—creative, social, and genuinely enjoyable.
Each couple will paint two coordinating canvases that come together to form one finished artwork, making this a collaborative experience without pressure or fluff. The studio will be softly lit by candlelight, creating an intimate-but-unpretentious atmosphere that feels comfortable, stylish, and fun.
Theron will guide the class step by step, so no prior painting experience is needed. All supplies are included, and we’ll be offering drink specials during class to keep the night easy and festive.
Mardi Gras will be happening nearby, but don’t let that deter you. Street parking is usually available behind the studio, farther from the parade routes. We recommend arriving a little early and enjoying the short walk over. Once class ends, you’re just a block or two from the Strand if you want to head straight into the Mardi Gras scene—or you can call it a night with art in hand.

🍷 Food & Drinks:
We offer a great selection of beer, wine, ciders, seltzers, and more available for purchase. Guests are welcome to bring their own snacks. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
📅 Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations made one week or more in advance will receive a refund.
• Cancellations made within one week but at least 72 hours prior to the event will receive a studio credit.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable and non-transferable.
